Not every client wants to open a browser. Some want to text. BookAndGo's new SMS bot (Professional tier and above) lets clients book, reschedule, and ask questions via SMS — powered by the same AI behind our chat bot.
What it handles
- 'Can I book a massage for Saturday morning?' → shows matching slots, confirms the booking
- 'I need to reschedule my 10am tomorrow' → finds the appointment, suggests alternatives
- 'What services do you offer?' → lists services with prices
- 'When are you open on weekends?' → pulls hours from settings
Setup
Included with the Professional plan. Your dedicated Twilio number is provisioned at sign-up. You don't need to configure anything — it just starts working.
