Your Stripe account, your money
This is Stripe Connect Standard — not Express, not Custom. Your Stripe account is fully yours. Payouts go straight to your bank from Stripe. BookAndGo never touches the money.
2% platform fee
On top of Stripe's processing fees, BookAndGo takes a 2% platform fee. That's how we cover the cost of the booking infrastructure. No hidden fees, no minimum volume.
Refunds in one click
From the appointment view, click Refund, choose full or partial, confirm. Money goes back to the client. Refund event is logged against the appointment.
