Most booking platforms want you to spend a weekend setting them up. BookAndGo is designed to get you taking real bookings in under 30 minutes — even if you're starting with nothing but a phone number and a few services in your head.

Before you start

You need three things: your business details, a list of the services you offer, and a rough idea of when you're available. That's it. No logo files, no paperwork, no accountant — you can add all of that later.

Step 1: Sign up (2 minutes)

Head to bookandgo.com.au and sign up with Google, Microsoft, or a magic link. One account works across the entire AndGo ecosystem — you don't need separate logins for SignAndGo, ShareAndGo, or any of the other products.

Step 2: Add your services (5 minutes)

From the dashboard sidebar, open Services and add every service you offer. Each service needs a name, a duration, and a price. Take your best guess on duration — you can adjust it later based on real bookings.

Tip: write your service names the way a client would search for them. 'Deep Tissue Massage' beats 'DTM' every time.

Step 3: Set your availability (10 minutes)

BookAndGo offers two availability modes: Fixed Slots (you pick the exact start times) or Generated Slots (the system calculates them from your working hours and service duration). For most solo operators, Fixed Slots is the most intuitive.

  • Set your working hours for each day of the week.
  • Choose your buffer time — 5-15 minutes between appointments is typical.
  • Block out any exceptions — holidays, personal time, standing commitments.

Step 4: Customise your booking page (10 minutes)

From Settings, add your business name, phone number, address, and a short description. Upload a logo if you have one. Pick a brand colour so your public page looks like yours, not a generic template.

Step 5: Share your link (3 minutes)

Your public booking page lives at bookandgo.com.au/your-slug. Copy that link into your Instagram bio, email signature, Google Business profile, and your text reminders. That's how your first bookings will come in.

What you don't need to do today

You don't need to connect Stripe on day one. You don't need to set up email campaigns. You don't need to import historical clients. You don't need to configure the waitlist. All of those come later, once you've got the basics running.

Frequently asked

Can I take bookings without a Stripe account?

Yes. Without Stripe, bookings are confirmed without an upfront payment. You can invoice clients later (from the Invoices page) or collect payment in person. Stripe is only required if you want to take deposits at booking time.

What happens if I get a booking while I'm still setting up?

Any booking shows up in your dashboard immediately, and the client gets a confirmation email. You can disable bookings temporarily from Settings → Booking if you're not quite ready.

Do I need a separate website?

Not at all. Your BookAndGo business page is designed to be your main web presence — it has room for a description, services, reviews, photos, and social links. Many of our tenants use it as their only website.
