The structure that works

Every 5th visit is free, or every 10th visit is 50% off. Keep it that simple. Stars, points, tiers — all dilute the core message.

Make the reward chunky

A 10% discount doesn't motivate behaviour change. A free session after five paid ones does. The perceived value has to cross the threshold of 'worth tracking in my head'.

Communicate on every visit

BookAndGo automatically adds progress to confirmation emails: 'You're 3 visits from your free session'. That's what turns a loyalty program from a vague promise into a repeat-visit engine.
