Managing a single day in the BookAndGo calendar
Day view is where the rubber meets the road. Here's how to drive it efficiently when you're between clients.

The daily calendar is the single most-used screen in BookAndGo. Optimising your workflow here saves hours a week.
The three-second updates
- Tap an appointment to open the side panel
- Mark complete / no-show / cancelled in one tap
- Tap the client name to jump to their profile
- Drag the appointment to reschedule to another slot
- Long-press an empty slot to create a walk-in appointment
Colour coding
Confirmed appointments are brand green. Completed turn grey. Cancelled strike through. No-shows go amber. Waitlist pending are a dashed outline.
The drag-to-reschedule gesture is the single biggest time saver in the calendar. Try it once and you'll never use the 'edit appointment' modal again.
