BookAndGo uses a prepaid credit system. $25 gets you 50 SMS credits, $40 gets you 100. Each outbound reminder consumes 1 credit. There's no monthly fee and no minimum.
Do clients need to opt in to SMS reminders?
They consent when they provide a mobile number during booking. You can also let clients manage their preferences from their portal — they can turn reminders on or off per channel.
Can I send SMS reminders on the free plan?
Outbound SMS is available from Starter tier upwards. The free Personal plan includes email reminders only. The inbound SMS booking bot requires Professional tier or above.
