Every BookAndGo business now has an AI booking assistant on their public page. Here's how it works and why it matters.
Today we're shipping the biggest feature BookAndGo has launched: an AI chat assistant on every business's booking page. Clients can ask questions in plain English, get real availability, and book themselves in — all from a chat window.
How it works
The bot is powered by Claude Haiku and has your tenant settings, services, and live availability loaded into its context. It understands natural language dates ('next Tuesday afternoon'), service names ('the long massage'), and provider preferences.
Signed-in vs anonymous
If the client is signed in (via the client portal), the bot can book them directly — no wizard, no form, no re-entering details. If they're anonymous, the bot hands off to a pre-filled booking link with all their details already populated.
