The essential settings you should not skip
BookAndGo has a lot of settings. These are the ones that matter before you take your first client.

The settings page is a labyrinth. Most of it can wait. These eight configurations should be locked in before you share a single booking link.
The essential eight
- Cancellation policy - how much notice do you need?
- Buffer time - the gap between appointments.
- Booking horizon - how far ahead clients can book.
- Confirmation email - turned on, with your business phone in the body.
- 24h reminder - turned on, SMS if you can afford credits.
- Review request - turned on, fires after appointment completion.
- Time zone - set correctly before the first booking.
- Business address - shows on confirmations and Google Maps.
Everything else can be adjusted after you have real clients using the platform. The eight above, if wrong, will bite immediately.
