Worth checking before you commit

Compare what you pay now against a flat A$59 a month exc GST for five staff. Per-head pricing changes with your roster, so work it out on the team you have today rather than the one you had when you signed up. Check Timely’s current rate on their own site, not ours.

Questions

I have more than five staff. What then?
Professional covers five providers on the one flat price. Beyond that Business covers up to twenty. Either way it is a plan price rather than a per-head rate, so adding a stylist does not change what you pay until you cross a tier.
Do my staff keep their own calendars and hours?
Yes. Each provider has their own working days, hours and the services they perform, and clients pick who they want. We set those up with you rather than importing them, because no platform exports a roster another can read.
Does my client history come across?
Yes, and it is worth bringing. Past visits are what drive rebooking reminders and let you see who has not been in for three months, which is the difference between a client list and a mailing list.
What about deposits and no-shows?
Take a deposit or full payment at the time of booking through your own Stripe account, and repeat no-shows can be blocked automatically. Payments land with you directly, not with us.
Where is my data held?
Sydney, and it stays in Australia under the Australian Privacy Principles. Timely is a New Zealand platform.
Can I run both while I switch?
Yes, and it is the sensible way. Nothing we do touches your Timely account. Move when your diary looks right here, not on a date we picked.
