Know how your business is really going.
BookAndGo turns your bookings into plain answers: what is growing, who is coming back, who has gone quiet, and which emails brought people in.
What you can see
How the business is moving
Bookings, estimated revenue and first visits for each of the last 12 full weeks, so a change shows as a change and not as a feeling. No-show and cancellation rates sit beside them.
Who is coming back
Your return rate, average visits per client and the usual gap between visits. See how many clients have booked again, how many have reached three visits, and how many have reached ten.
Who has gone quiet
A count of clients at risk: those past twice their own usual gap between visits, or more than 90 days since a single visit. Their own rhythm sets the line, so a monthly regular and a yearly one are judged differently.
When people come and when they book
Two views by day and hour. One shows when your appointments happen. The other shows when clients actually make their bookings, in your own time zone, which is the moment to send an email.
Which services carry the business
Bookings, estimated revenue and share of bookings for every service, ranked. Your top clients by visits are alongside.
Which emails brought bookings
For each campaign: delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed, plus the bookings that came from it and what they are worth at your service prices.
Suggestions from your own numbers
AI insights read your figures and suggest three things to look at, on pricing, scheduling or keeping clients. You can also export the figures as a spreadsheet for your accountant.
Common questions
Which plans include analytics?
Every plan. The whole Analytics page comes with your account.
Where does the revenue figure come from?
It is an estimate: completed appointments at your current service prices, plus paid invoices not linked to one of those appointments. Discounts and past prices are not reflected, so it can differ from what you received. Your Stripe account and invoices show actual payments.
Do imported clients show up as new clients?
Not on the weekly chart. It counts people whose first visit was that week, so a client list you imported is not read as a sudden surge of new clients.
Can I see my analytics on my phone?
Yes. The BookAndGo app for owners includes reports and week-by-week trends.
Can I get the numbers out?
Yes. Export the figures as a CSV file from the Analytics page.
