How do prepaid class packs work?
You sell a pass — say a 10-class pack — and BookAndGo deducts one credit each time the dancer books a class. The remaining balance is tracked automatically, with no punch cards to manage.
Can dancers book the same weekly class on repeat?
Yes. Recurring weekly bookings reserve a dancer's spot in the same class every week, and reminders fire for each occurrence.
What happens when a class is full?
Dancers join the waitlist. When someone cancels, BookAndGo automatically offers the open spot to the next person on the list, so your classes run at capacity.
Is there a per-dancer fee?
No. BookAndGo is a flat $59/mo on the Professional plan with no per-client charges. You can have hundreds of dancers without the price changing. Stripe payments carry just a 0.5% platform fee.
